About the Event
Making healthy delicious food can sometimes be a challenge. While in Da Lab we will face that challenge head-on, making food you and your family are sure to love. During this class, we will be taking an all-time favorite and making it vegan! We will be making cabbage lasagna! If you choose to cook along with us here are the ingredients you will need:
· 1 small cabbage
· ½ onion
· 2 bell peppers (orange and yellow)
· 1 bunch of kale
· 1 lb. plant-based ground “beef”
· 1 jar pasta sauce
· 1 bag vegan “mozzarella cheese” (Daiya’s is a good brand)
· 1 bag of vegan “cheddar cheese” (Daiya’s is a good brand)
· Olive Oil
· Seasonings (Garlic, pepper, salt, all-purpose or Da Kitchen is my Lab Da Kitchen Sink®)
